Salmon Loaf

1 serving = 1 slice
1 can salmon, undrained
1/2 c. crushed saltines
1/4 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. melted buter
minced onion to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Press into loaf pan. Bake for 45 min or until done. Cut into 8 slices.
