Cheesy Tuna and Noodles
3 points per serving
1 serving = 1 cup

  • 4 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 8 ounces Velveeta Light, cut up
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Bring water to boil.  Stir in macaroni.  Reduce heat to medium/low and cover.  Simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.  Don’t drain macaroni.  Add Velveeta, vegetables, tuna and pepper.  Cook until Velveeta is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

Recipe yields 8 cups.
