No Guilt Cake

1 serving = 1 piece
- 2 c. Splenda
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. boiling water
- 6 egg whites
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.? Mix Splenda and flour.? Add boiling water and stir together.? Let it cool.? In different bowl beat egg whites until frothy.? Add cream of tartar, baking powder and vanilla.? Beat together.? Add egg mix to flour mix.? Stir together and add dry milk and baking soda.? Mix well.? Pour into greased 9×13 baking dish.? Bake for 20-25 minutes.? Cut into 28 pieces.

Butter Cream Frosting
- 6 T. softened butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. powdered sugar
Mix all together until smooth.? Spread evenly over cooled cake.
