No Egg Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Glaze

  • 1 c. Splenda
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 4 T. cocoa
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Light or Fat Free Miracle Whip

Do not use a mixer with this.? Do it by hand.? Preheat oven 350 degrees.? Mix Splenda and cold water and dissolve together.? Add cocoa, flour, baking soda and vanilla and stir until mixed well.? Stir in Miracle Whip, mixing all together.? Pour into greased 9×13 baking dish.? Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.? Cut into 28 pieces.
While the cake is baking make up your glaze.?

  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 T. melted butter
  • 1 T. unsweetened cocoa
  • splash of skim milk, you shouldn’t need much

Mix together until smooth.? Pour over cake after cake is done baking.? Let it sit for a while until it looks like it has glazed onto the cake.

Recipe yields 28 pieces.

Note:? If you want to leave the glaze off of this cake it will make the cake only 1 point per piece.
