Easy 2 Point Cornbread
2 points per serving
1 serving = 1 square
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/4 c. skim milk
- 2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. Splenda
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.? Grease 8×8 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.? In a bowl mix the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and Splenda.? Add the milk and the egg whites and stir together.? Pour into the pan and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.? Cut into 12 pieces.
