Broccoli – Cauliflower Salad

- 3 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 3 c. fresh cauliflower florets
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 3 T. Hormel real bacon bits
- 3/4 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. fat free mayo
- 1/4 c. Splenda
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
In a large bowl combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion, bacon bits and cheddar cheese.? In a small bowl combine mayo, Splenda and vinegar.? Pour mayo mix over veggie mix and stir together.? Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
