Tater Tot Casserole

1 serving = 1 cup

• 1 (32oz) bag frozen tater tots
• 2 cans fat free cream of mushroom soup
• 1 lb. lean ground turkey
• chopped onion, to taste
• salt & pepper, to taste
• 1 c. 2% shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.? Brown turkey with onion, salt and pepper.? Add cream of mushroom soups to meat, mix well.? Add the meat mix to tater tots and stir together.? Pour into greased 13×9 dish. Top with cheese.? Bake until bubbly, 30-35 minutes.

Recipe yields 12 cups.
