Easy Potato Soup

1 serving = 1 cup

  • 1 (16 oz) bag Ore Ida O’Brien hashbrowns
  • 1 pkg McCormick country gravy mix
  • 4 cans fat free chicken broth

Saute potatoes for 10 minutes in pan, stirring gently.  Add broth to potatoes and bring to a boil.  Add gravy mix to potatoes and broth, stirring occasionally.  Simmer 20-30 minutes.
