Cheesy Potato Hamburger Soup

- 1 lb. lean hamburger
- 6?c. potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 12 oz. Light Velveeta, cubed
- salt and pepper, to taste
- water to cover potatoes
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water; add salt.
Boil until tender. While potatoes are boiling, brown hamburger
with onion, garlic and green peppers. Add celery seed, salt
and pepper and cook for one more minute.? Add browned hamburger
mix to boiled potatoes. Turn heat to medium. Add Velveeta and
stir until cheese melts. Add milk and stir constantly until
soup is hot.
