Cheeseburger Pie

1 serving = 1 slice

• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 1 c. chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 c. 2% shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c. Heart Smart Bisquick
• 1 c. skim milk
• 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.? Grease 9 inch glass pie plate.? Cook beef and onions until beef is brown, drain grease.? Stir in salt.? Spread in pie plate.? Sprinkle with cheese.? In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended.? Pour into pie plate.
Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.? Cut into 8 slices.
