Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs

1 serving = 1 egg

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard cooked eggs
  • 2 T. fat free mayo
  • 1 tsp. Splenda
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • ½ tsp. salt paprika

Slice eggs in half; remove yolks and set whites aside.  In a bowl mash yolks.  Add mayo, Splenda, vinegar, mustard and salt.  Mix well.  Stuff or pipe into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.  Refrigerate until serving.

Recipe yields 1 dozen eggs.
