1 serving = 1 egg
Ingredients:
- 6 hard cooked eggs
- 2 T. fat free mayo
- 1 tsp. Splenda
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- ? tsp. salt paprika
Slice eggs in half; remove yolks and set whites aside.? In a bowl mash yolks.? Add mayo, Splenda, vinegar, mustard and salt.? Mix well.? Stuff or pipe into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.? Refrigerate until serving.
Recipe yields 1 dozen eggs.
