Swiss Steak

1 serving = 1 cup

1 1/2 lbs. round steak, tenderized
2-4 T. flour
1 lb. baby carrots
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Dredge in flour. Place carrots in bottom of slow cooker. Top with steak.? Combine soup mix, tomato sauce and water. Pour over all. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, until steak is really tender.

Note: Great served with mashed potatoes. Just make sure you add your points for the mashed potatoes.
