Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

1 serving = 1 cup

1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 (16oz) pkg. bow tie pasta
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/3 c. rice vinegar
1 tsp. sesame oil
3 T. Splenda
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
4 oz. chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 c. broccoli, cooked and chopped

Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds and cook stirring frequently until lightly toasted. Remove from heat and set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water until cool. Transfer to a large bowl.
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine, olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, Splenda, sesame seeds, ginger and pepper. Shake well.
Pour sesame dressing over pasta and toss to coat evenly.? Gently stir in chicken and broccoli.
