Easy Cheesy Cream of Broccoli Soup
2 1/2 points per serving
1 serving = 1 cup

1 (16oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10.75) oz can fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. skim milk
8 oz. Light Velveeta
salt and pepper to taste

Prepare broccoli according to directions on package. Drain off water. Add soup and milk. Stir and heat thoroughly on low. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
