Cheesy Cauliflower
1.5 points per serving
1 serving = 1/2 cup

1 bag frozen cauliflower, cooked & drained
1/2 c. fat free mayo
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. 2% cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Stir together cauliflower, mayo and mustard.  Pour into casserole dish and bake for 5 min.  Remove and top with cheese and bake an additional 5 min or until cheese is melted.

Makes 5 servings.

Note: This is really cheesy.  You can always use less cheese and just readjust your points.
